"They wanted to double charge me for my room, and insisted that I was mistaken when I explained that I had already been charged. When they finally read the documentation I brought with me, which they had copied the previous night, they appologized, but were unable to back out the additional charge that had been made against my american express card. I had to leave with the promise that someone competent would correct things after I left. This mistake made on Saturday evening, followed on Sunday morning by a staff who were inadequately trainrd to resolve the problem left me with a desire to avoid this kind of hassle in the future.
